3days short design session in “inspiration week”. We have been discussing about pneumatic structure about Banana boat. Inflatable Banana boat with high compressed air forms very tight-rigid. For achieving this tight air compression, we take double skin solution. Inner skin is PVC, and outer skin is rip cloth with epoxy coating. PVC seals the airtight and outer fabric (non-elastic) hold its shape tightly. This will be anchored and attached with rope.
