2D pattern of bubble layout creates the strength map of weak and strong points. The patterns are carefully designed for “weak enough to bent” and “strong enough to keep arch shape“. Bubble unit width is 1500mm (Gore-tex fabric roll width is so), and its zipper connection with roll up flap achieves perfect seal against rain water.
